Patients With Dental Insurance – Assignment and Non- Assignment
If your plan allows for assignment, we will be happy to directly bill your respective insurance company for the services provided. You will be expected to settle the copayment fee for your treatment, if there is one.
Patients with non-assignment insurance benefits are expected to meet the total cost of their treatment by the conclusion of their appointment. Our dental team will assist you in filling the forms required to request a reimbursement from your insurance company.
Patients Without Dental Insurance
If you do not have dental insurance, you are welcome to receive care at our family-friendly dental office. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card and cash.
